Cooking at Uni

If you’ve never really cooked before you head off to Uni, now is a great time to get practising. Perhaps you love your Mum’s family recipe for bolognaise or fancy learning something new. Either way, now is a great time to practise before you head off.

Why not try a couple of recipes now and get to grips with them so you know what you’re doing before you go away.

Here are my top tips for getting to grips with a recipe for the first time:

1) make sure you have all the ingredients you need to hand before you start cooking

2) read the recipe through again before you start. Make sure you know why you’re doing before you get going.

Happy cooking!
